What happens if the tracking service shows that the package is undelivered?
      Check your package with the shipping company or local post office with the tracking number first. Remember to keep your tracking number with you. If you still cannot find it, or you need other further assistance, please contact our customer service.
What happens if the tracking service shows that the package has been returned to sender?
      The following reasons might cause the return of your package:
      1. Wrong or incomplete delivery address.
      2. Invalid phone number.
      3. No one is at home if you still cannot find your package.
Are there any additional fees?
      That depends, normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. We will try to provide some help and compensation. However, we can't refund this fee, as it would be charged by the customs office, please understand.

How to cancel the order?
      You can log into your account to cancel the unpaid order directly; or you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.
Why is my order canceled?
      There are some reasons that the order will be canceled:
      1: You have the same order before.
      2: You didn’t verify your payment on your order.
      3: Your order is out of stock.
      4: You have contacted our customer service to cancel the order.
      5: Your order may be at risk. In order to control risks, we will review large orders. We will assess the risk of the order and decide whether to cancel the large order.
      Normally, if a paid order has been canceled, the money will go directly back to your bank account.
