Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order may only ship to a single address. If you'd like to ship orders to multiple addresses, each one must be purchased separately.
What About Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages?
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. The website is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
My tracking information says that my package is delivered, but I don't see it?
Once your item is delivered, your tracking status will indicate where your driver left the package. The "Proof of Delivery" from our shipping partner will indicate where or to who the package was left.
If your package is still not found, we recommend checking nearby, with your lobby manager, or perhaps a neighbor to see if someone else has picked up the package. If you are still not able to locate your package, please let us know by contacting Customer Support.
Delivery time: usually 8-15 days.
Processing time: usually 2-7 days.
